The Beginning
My life began at Newberg Province Hospital at 1:06 of the morning of June 11 in the year of 1994. I was born a month early, a surprise to everyone. I had an older sister, loving parents, and of course wonderful grandparents. As I was growing up, I loved school and always had a plan of going to college. I switch my career choice a few times. Starting as wanting to be a teacher, then a lawyer, which turned into being an engineer to finally a businesswoman. I loved elementary school and all my teachers. I try to go back and visit/ volunteer when I can. Middle school was definitely an awkward time but by the end I had really good friends that taught to have fun in life and not to take is so seriously. I found myself being more lighthearted and sarcasm became my second language. The beginning of high was great! I had joined the dance team and I was in a wonderful place in my life. My high school had small schools, so the students were divided into 4 different mini schools within the whole high school (It was kind of awful). There was blue, silver, yellow, and green but there was a red (that was the school I was in). After my freshman I had to relocate to yellow, which was a blessing and a curse. I was so excited to graduate my senior year like any other senior with a minor case of senioritis. I had been accepted into Oregon State University, University of Oregon, and Syracuse University. I finished my last semester with a 4.0 GPA and an overall 3.6 GPA. And with that I was finally finished with getting up at 6 AM everyday and I was off to the next chapter of my life!

Newberg Old Fashioned Festival
Newberg Old Fashioned Festival (NOFF) is my town’s annual festival on the last full weekend of July that is filled with booths, festival food, and carnival rides. It used to be a berry festival but it has slowly transformed to this great Summer attraction for everyone in the family. There is music and dance performances, a car show on Sunday, a children’s parade on Thursday that any kid can participate in, a huge parade Saturday morning, a pancake breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings put on my our Rotary clubs and much more, it is a jam packed four days. So during my senior year of high school, I applied to be a part of the Newberg Old Fashioned Festival Court. I was chosen for an interview and I was honored to become one of the princesses, the queen is later announced at the festival. This great opportunity started in March 2012 to August 2012. It was the best Summer of my life thus far! The court and I traveled to different festivals and went different events that our town had. I loved meeting everyone on this journey and I really grew as a person! Even today I feel very honored to have represented my town and the festival. I would not trade this moment in my life for anything!
Life of this College student
After deciding to come to the University of Oregon, I started to plan what I was going to do as a Freshman. I know I wanted to go through recruitment and find that home away from home feeling while I was at college. Being in Gamma Phi Beta has been one of the best choices I have make in college. I am so thankful for the opportunities it has provided to me. I have met my life long friends and future bridesmaids. I am now in my junior year of college and I am so glad I came to college but now I am looking to after graduation. I have been business major from the start with zero regrets, I cannot wait to start my own business in the future. I have been lucky to enough to be a part of a great student run non-profit organization called UO Miracle. We fund raise for the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for the pediatrics unit. I have been experience the great Indian festival called Holi in which every person gets a bag of color and we all throw it up in the air and get very colorful at the end.

My dream job is doing something that I love and I think I have figured out what that is. I want to own my own business. I like the idea of being the boss and managing how things would and the atmosphere. My business idea is kind of like a comic book store on steroids. This is further explained in the last section!
My

I have dreamed of my perfect home. Even though this house pictured here is not the ideal but I do want a house that is multiple stores and looks elegant. My favorite part of my dream home would have secret passageways!

My Adventures Traveling
When I was younger, elementary school ages, my family and I would take road trips to different states on the West Coast. I had a blast! We drove to Colorado one Summer, Nevada in another Summer. We took many trips to the coast from Washington to very Northern California. Our favorite place was Bandon Wildlife Safari. After finishing eighth grade, I took a class trip to the East Coast. We traveled from New York City to Washingtion D.C. in a week. It was a crazy, fun, learning experience! During the Summer of 2014, I was honored to be asked to be represent the U.S. in a youth exchange program that only had EU participants. The program was in Tulln, Austria for week. Most of the pictures you see to the left are from this trip. This Summer(2015) I will be study marketing in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria!

I have been dancing since I was three. My sister was involved in dancing and she was the reason why I started. When I had to stop taking classes, I never stopped dancing. I was so overjoyed when I my freshman year of high school started and I could be try out for the dance team. Dance team was so much fun and I loved my team, I was even a senior captain before I needed to focus more time on school. Now that I am in college, I have take a few dance classes and I long to make another dance class fit into my schedule again! So remember to always have fun with dancing and don’t worry about anyone else. If you are enjoying what you are doing, then nothing else matters!

My Obsession
I have been asked many times “Why Batman?”. To that I say “Why not?” Bruce Wayne created his own success, yes his parents started Wayne Enterprises but when they died and he was old enough he made it into a billion dollar business. Not only that, but he kicks-butt! He fights the bad guys in a corrupt city and if that’s not inspiring, I don’t know what is. He took his fear and conformed it into something empowering. I am a die hard fan, I love Adam West Batman down to Christian Bale Batman and I'm hoping Ben Affleck won’t let me down!

Animal lover
This section, I feel, explains itself. I love animals, all kinds of animals. My favorite is the canine family. I like the loyalty, the cuteness and the overall warmth I get when I think of dogs or wolves. Tigers and other big cats are very majestic in my opinion. Anything as a baby is beyond adorable. I cry over ASPCA and WWF commercials, they make me want to do better in the world to improve their living conditions. Animals hold a big portion of my heart.

Words to Remember
As I am getting older, I am coming to realize how important certain traits and characteristics are to me. These are qualities that I strive to have and want to surround myself with. Among my favorite and inspirational quotes are as follows:
- Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth. –Budda
To me, this really speaks about the always telling the truth and being honest because it is going to come out anyway. - The
only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the
impossible.
-Arthur C. Clarke
Go outside your box. See what you are able to do by doing things you wouldn't normally do. - You
either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
-Harvey Dent
This quote really makes me think about life and how I want to be remembered.
My Dream
Since some time in high school I have been collecting random Batman items and it has turned into quite the treasure cove. About my junior year of high school I came to the conclusion that when I want something specific, I can't just walk into a store and buy what I want. So I thought of this idea that would sell all kinds of merchandise of superheroes and super villains. These things would included but not limited to: clothing, lanyards, phone cases, costumes, comic books, party supplies, cups, and much much more. I want to create a geeks’ paradise, a home away from home if you will. This store gets me giddy thinking about all the wonderful possibilities that I can create with my business venture. Not only physical locations but a website filled with more variety than a store could ever provide. I would like to get started on this very soon, because the sooner the better, of course! If you have any suggestions, advice, and/or would like to be a possible mentor, please feel free to contact me through my links below. Thank you! I hope you have enjoyed learning more about me!
